Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval status. If approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

• Bank/card provider posting time may vary depending on your provider
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you need a size or color exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will guide you through the exchange process based on stock availability.

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items damaged due to customer misuse
• Items returned without original tags or packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping when applicable.
